A memorial event devoted to Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was held in Matanat A Company on 12 December. Opening the event, participants observed a minute of silence in tribute to the memory of the national leader. Company President Elkhan Bashirov spoke of ideas of the Azerbaijan’s statehood builder and architect of independent Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, the process of integration of Azerbaijan into the world community in the result of the great leader’s activity, successful maintenance of Heydar Aliyev’s legacy by our President Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijan’s current political and economic course.
Other participants of the event also mentioned the great leader’s invaluable contribution to the building of our democratic state and revival of the republic, having emphasized that the national leader’s ideas are carried on successfully at the present day. Participants of the event pointed out that the memory of Heydar Aliyev, a man of genius, is embalmed in people hearts. Next the company employees visited the grave of the national leader in the Alley of Honour and laid wreaths at the memorial complex.
